    Degree Course Requirements
    Bachelor of Science in Physics
    Physics Major (required courses) - 103 credits

    ELECTIVES (6 Credits)
    PHYS 363 or Any 400-level Physics courses except PHYS 497
    **See specific department or Graduate & Undergraduate catalog to find prerequisites for these classes.

    Although the Physics Department does not offer PHYS 490: Senior Capstone;  a 490 course is a University requirement for graduation.  See your department advisor or department chair for more information.

    What will I study?

    The Bachelor of Science program is designed primarily for students preparing for graduate study in physics and for students planning a professional career in physics.
