    JD/MSW Dual Degree Program

JD-MSW Gonzaga University School of Law & EWU School of Social Work
Offered in collaboration with Gonzaga University Law School, students complete the requirements of both professional programs. The JD/MSW dual degree program is designed to educate law and social work professionals who are competent to practice either profession in the conventional sense. A student who successfully completes the program will graduate in four years (three years for students with "Advanced Standing" in Social Work) with a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, and a MSW from EWU.

Admission to the program is highly selective. Students must apply and be admitted to both Gonzaga School of Law,, and the EWU School of Social Work via each school's established admissions process. This means that candidates for the program must meet all of the admissions criteria for each school, including achieving scores on standardized tests (LSAT, GRE, etc.) that support the candidate's admission to each of the respective schools. Only after a candidate is admitted to both schools' programs, will the candidate's application to the dual degree program be considered.
