    The QVO Newsletter is an informational newsletter in regards to Eastern Washington University Chicano Education Program and Chicana/o Community. The essential purpose of the QVO Newsletter is to help inform the public on current and past events put on by the Chicano Education Program as well as scholastic and economical opportunities that are offered through the Chicano Education Program. It also serves as an opportunity for EWU Chicana/o students to share their experiences as students who come from a diverse background, in the form of acknowledgement of their accomplishments and experiences. The QVO also highlights clubs and organizations that are Latina/o based and/or multicultural that Eastern Washington University offers. Clubs and organizations may submit  a short paragraph of their upcoming/past events or information on their club/organization to be displayed in the fall, winter, or spring quarter QVO Newsletter. Students may also submit their academic work, poems or art work. Submissions must be submitted a week or two before the end of each quarter to
