Individual training sessions allow clients to work with a personal trainer. The personal trainer will design a personalized program based on the client's goals. The program will include activities that are safe and effective and the personal trainer will provide guidance regarding proper exercise techniques. Workouts will cater to the needs of the individual's goals while designing an effective program. Records will be maintained to evaluate the client's progress and provide necessary feedback.
Small Group Training
Small group training sessions involve 2-4 clients working with a personal trainer. Small group sessions are great for individuals who have similar fitness goals. The personal trainer will develop similar programs for all parties involved and all parties will train together during each session. The group program will include activities that are safe and effective and the personal trainer will provide guidance regarding proper exercise techniques. Records will be maintained to evaluate progress.
