    Take a Campus Tour

    Campus tours are available Monday through Friday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Call the Visitor Center at 509.359.6555 or email us at to reserve your spot. Don't worry if you can't schedule your tour ahead of time. Tours happen every weekday, and you're welcome to join us for any tour! Just be sure to call us to make sure we have availability.

    Admitted Student Day

    Audience: Future students and their families
     On-campus at EWU

    Admitted Student Day is a spirited Saturday event designed for students preparing to make their final college decision as well as for students just starting their college search. The day begins with check in and features sessions with financial aid, admissions, student life, dining services and much more. You'll also have the chance to meet with representatives from the academic programs that interest you.


    Audience: Transfer students
    Location: On-campus at EWU

    transferEastern will help you learn about the transfer application process, how your credits may transfer, and how a DTA can work for you. You can take a guided campus tour, talk to experts about the financial aid process and deadlines, and speak with a representative from your program of study to learn more about your academic options.


    Audience: Admitted students and their families
    Locations: Tri-Cities, Vancouver and Seattle
    April 15, 2014: Tri-Cities
    April 19, 2014: Seattle
    April 22, 2014: Vancouver, WA

    You will receive information about Eastern and about your next steps such as applying for housing, advising, registering for classes, and more. Admissions representatives will be available along with a current student and an EWU alumnus to answer your questions.

    Eagle Preview

    Audience: High school juniors and seniors.  Families are welcome for sessions on the second day.
    Location: On-campus at EWU
    Dates: May 18-19, 2014 (more info)

    Eagle Preview is your opportunity to experience life as an Eagle! Beginning Sunday evening, you'll eat in a popular EWU dining facility, spend time in the University Recreation Center, and end the night with a stay in one of EWU's seven residential halls. You'll also have a chance to do all of the following:

    Monday includes special activities for interested parents.The cost for each student is $40 which includes lodging, three meals, and access to the University Recreation Center (URC). The parent track cost is $15 which includes light refreshments and lunch accommodations. EWU can only host 25 high school juniors and seniors, so be sure to sign up early! After you RSVP online, you will receive an information packet with forms that need to be filled out and returned. Once your packet is received, you will be officially confirmed for the event.

    thinkEastern gives you the opportunity to meet faculty, staff and students and to learn about admissions, financial aid, student services and academic programs. Explore the campus and see student life first-hand. The day starts at 11 a.m. with check in Showalter Hall 1st Floor lobby and ends at 4 p.m. before the homecoming game.

    Fall Receptions

    Audience: Students and families who want to learn more about Eastern
    Location: Various cities throughout Washington

    We're coming to your neighborhood! You will meet with a current student, an EWU alumna or alumnus, and an admissions representative who will share information about campus life, academics and the admissions process. There will be time set aside for questions and answers. Our goal is to make sure all your questions have been answered ... at least until you think of more!

    Discover the Inland Northwest

    The Inland Northwest is home to five ski slopes, over 70 lakes and streams, and Washington's second largest city. Experience all the region has to offer.
