The Student Financial Services Office at Eastern helps families make tuition payments, refund excess financial aid, set up direct deposit and find answers to billing questions. Student Financial Services also helps families with payment plan options, third party reimbursements and guaranteed tuition plans. SFS has offices in Sutton Hall on the Cheney campus and in the Phase I Building at the Riverpoint (Spokane) campus.

    Paying Your Tuition

Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, check, cashier checks, traveler's checks and cash. A week before the quarter begins, Eastern will send an email to your Eagle email address notifying you that your quarterly statement is available on EagleNet. Tuition is due on the sixth class day of each quarter to avoid late fees and holds.

    Interest-Free Tuition Payment Plan

Eastern Washington University, in partnership with Sallie Mae, is pleased to offer families an interest-free monthly payment plan for tuition and fees. This allows you to spread your fall, winter and spring quarterly charges into 11, 10 or 9 manageable monthly installments. Learn more about the tuition payment plan program.

    Third-Party Reimbursement

If a government agency, program, or company is paying for your tuition and fees, contact Student Financial Services to set up third-party billing arrangements.
