    COMD Courses

    For information on refund and withdrawal dates for COMD courses, please contact Riverpoint Student Services, Phase One Building, Room 101, 509.828.1394 or the Records and Registration office, 2nd floor Sutton Hall, 509.359.2321.

    Dropping via EagleNet

    During Summer Session the last date to drop a class online via EagleNet varies. If you need assistance with dropping or withdrawing from a course, contact Riverpoint Student Services, Phase One Building, Room 101, 509.828.1394 or the Records and Registration Office on the 2nd floor of Sutton Hall.

    Non-Financial Aid Refunds

    To request a refund for a non-financial aid credit, you can send an e-mail to sfsofc@ewu.edu (please include EWU ID and name), or call 509.359.6372. For students that do not have direct deposit set up, a $13.98 refund processing fee will be assessed to all non-financial aid refund requests.
