    Welcome to Eagle-Fit! We are all about staying healthy, exercising, and having fun. If you are looking for a helpful and intense exercise environment, Eagle-Fit is the place for you! We welcome all skill levels and can modify any workout to fit you so don't be afraid to come check us out!

    Questions Answers
    Does this club actively compete in any leagues? If so, which leagues? We have competed in the Palouse Throwdown at Washington State University and we have competed at CrossFit Spokane Valley. We hope to increase competitions as the years go on and potentially host a competition of our own one day.
    Does this club charge dues? If so, how much? Yes, we charge $15 per month.
    How often does this club practice? Twice a week on campus. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4-5pm and 5-6pm. The remanding three days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday some of our members practice off campus for additional fee of $50 per month.  
    What equipment or experience do i need to have to participate? You need no experience to join our club. We welcome anyone interested in getting fit!
    Where does the club practice? On Campus - Tuesday and Thursday in the Phase in room 257. Formally known as a racquetball court. Off Campus - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Redefine Fitness/ Apex Physical Therapy in Cheney, WA.
