    The minor in Environmental Chemistry requires 32 credit-hours of course work. Specific courses provide 23 of those credit hours. These courses are: General Chemistry CHEM 151,CHEM 152, CHEM 153 for 15 credit-hours, Environmental Chemistry for five credit-hours and Advanced Environmental Chemistry for three credit-hours. The additional nine credit-hours may be selected from a long list of biology, chemistry, geography, geology, mathematics and business courses.     What will I study?

    Students study general chemistry, environmental chemistry and advanced environmental chemistry (23 credit-hours). The student then selects from biology, chemistry, economics, geography, geology, mathematics, planning or sociology courses for the final nine credits required in this minor.
