    Curriculum Vitae

    Carl Duman is a CWTAP Field Instructor; he's located in the Vancouver DCFS field office. Mr. Duman received his MSW from Portland State University.  He joined Eastern Washington University as a Field Instructor in July 2004.  Prior to this, Mr. Duman spent fifteen years working for Children's Administration as a social worker in Child Protective Services and Child & Family Welfare services.  He supervised Child Protective Services, Family Reconciliation Services and Child & Family Welfare Services.  Mr. Duman's professional interests include child welfare and immigration issues.  He enjoys water sports, downhill and cross country skiing.
