Venerable Prof. Geshe T. Phelgye, Global Scholar-in-Residence at Gonzaga and EWU will reflect upon the preciousness and values of the Academic institutions in our lives and their ethics from a global perspective.
Geshe Phelgye is a former member of the Tibetan Parliament in Exile of H. H. the Dalai Lama and the founder of the Universal Compassion Movement, which is now registered here in the U. S. as a Charitable Foundation (UCF). In 2012-13 Geshe Phelgye taught seminars at EWU in Buddhist Psychology, Honors Buddhism and Peace and Conflict.
