Frank Houghton is a Public Health Geographer with a background in Public Health Intelligence. Frank has experience of working in an applied public health setting in both Ireland and New Zealand. He has allied health and social care policy experience through having worked at the National Council on Ageing & Older People and as Head of the Research, Development & Education for Focus Ireland, a national charity working with homeless people (both post were in Dublin, Ireland).
Prior to starting at EWU Frank held a tenured faculty position at Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) in Ireland. Here he was Director of both an MA in Social Care Management, and a special purpose award in Community Development & Health Advocacy. While in LIT Frank established two research groups (the Irish Center for Applied Social Studies [ICRASS], and the Health & Social Research Group [HEALR]). Frank has experience of working in an adjunct capacity for the University of Limerick, Sligo Institute of Technology, Dublin Institute of Technology and the Institutes of Technology of Ireland (all based in Ireland).
Frank has a varied educational background which includes a PhD in Health Geography (National University of Ireland- Maynooth), a Masters in Population Health Evidence (MPHe, University of Manchester), an MSc in Computer Science & Applications (Queen's University of Belfast), a MA in Peace Studies (University of Ulster) and a MA in TESOL (University of Ulster). Frank is both a Chartered Geographer and Fellow with the (UK) Royal Geographical Society (RGS), as well as a Fellow of the (UK) Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

Olugbemiga Ekundayo received his Doctorate in Public Health, with Concentration in Epidemiology and Biostatistics, his Masters Degree in Public Health with concentration in Community Based Participatory Action Research in HIV/AIDS, and Epidemiology.
Specialization: Health Disparities and Health Equity, Research in Resources Poor Settings, Disaster Preparedness, Community Resiliency, Mixed Methods, Rapid Assessment, Response and Evaluation, Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
Mary Ann Keogh Hoss is an experienced health care administrator. Her career in health care started in 1968. She has worked in support services, clinical services and administration. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and Fellow Distinguished in Recreational Therapy. She is also certified nationally as a recreational therapist. She has 30 years of experience in health care having worked in government hospitals as well as not for profit hospitals. She has worked as a support services worker, therapist, manager, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Her experience and skills as a leader help transform knowledge into actual working realities.
