    People who have completed all of the requirements for the undergraduate Public Policy and Administration Certificate offered through the Government Department and the Economics Department of EWU's College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and Social Work are allowed to obtain the MPA Degree by meeting a total of 46 credits.

         PADM 511 Public Sector Organization Theory and Dynamics (4)
         PADM 513 Public Planning and Budgeting (4)
         PADM 515 Administrative Law and Regulation (4)
         PADM 517 Professional Employment (2)
         PADM 601 Research Project (2) 
         PADM 602 MPA Portfolio (2)

    MPA Elective Courses (10 Credits)

          10 credits in any of the courses acceptable as electives in the MPA Program.
