Standards of Conduct

The Code of Conduct shall serve as a standard for how individuals are expected to behave when participating in a NIRSA Championship Series event. Students and staff enrolled in an institution of higher learning assume an obligation to conduct themselves in a manner compatible with the college/university's function as an educational institution. When involved in an event sponsored or endorsed by NIRSA, the participant indicates, by his or her registration in the event, he or she agrees to represent his or her club/team and college/university in a way that does not detract from the reputation of the institution he or she represents, and to act morally and display sportsmanship-like behavior, before, during and after any competition.
