We will be guaranteeing acceptance to the first 24 teams. The first 24 men’s or women’s teams who submit their entry fee will get priority. Once those numbers are reached teams will be able to join the wait list for their division. Teams will be taken off of the wait-list if/when any spots open.
ALL accepted and wait-listed teams should submit their Intent to Participate Form ASAP. All other registration materials are due no later than Friday, February 7th, 2014. Teams without all completed forms will be subject to replacement with no refund of entry fee.
Official’s applications are due no later than Friday, February 7th, 2014, but will be accepted on a rolling basis (submit ASAP for consideration).
Teams wishing to secure their spot in the tournament can take advantage of our Deposit Plan. Fill out the $100 deposit form, non-refundable, and you can secure your spot right away. The balance of the fee ($150 or $200 for NIRSA schools, $200 or $250 for non-NIRSA institutions) must be paid by the February 7th registration deadline. Entry fee is $300.00 per team for NIRSA members and $350 for non-NIRSA members, or $250 per team for NIRSA members and $300 per team for non-NIRSA members if paid before January 17th, 2013. This fee is non-refundable once accepted. Any teams taken off of the wait-list will be notified by email and given one week to submit payment.

Friday, February 21 6pm: Captains meeting, free pasta feed, free player raffles, dunk contest, free throw contest, 3-point contest. Located in Reese Court. Prizes for all contest winners, men’s and women’s.
Saturday, February 22: Pool Play (game time will be given at Friday captains meeting).
Sunday, February 23: Single elimination tournament (game times will be posted Saturday evening).
Eastern Washington University: Reese Court and Gyms 264 & 265 in the PHASE Complex.
Friday, March 21 at 6:00 PM in Reese Court. Every team must send one (and only one please) representative.
Each champion Men’s and Women’s team will receive a bid to attend the NIRSA National Basketball Championships.
Each champion Men’s and Women’s team will receive a partial travel stipend to be used toward their travel to the National Championship Tournament taking place at NC State, April 11-13 (NOTE: This years national championship tournament will have an open format, meaning that you need not win a regional tournament to enter the national tournament).
Champion, Runner-up, as well as individual awards for the Men’s and Women’s All-Tournament Teams will be handed out.
Teams must check in at the Registration Table in the EWU PHASE Complex, no later than Saturday, February 22 one hour before your first game. Only one team representative must show to check in, but spot checks for team ID's may be conducted at any point throughout the weekend. PLAYERS MUST HAVE THEIR UNIVERSITY ISSUED ID IN ORDER TO PLAY.
