We will be guaranteeing acceptance to the first 24 teams. The first 24 men’s or women’s teams who submit their entry fee will get priority. Once those numbers are reached teams will be able to join the wait list for their division. Teams will be taken off of the wait-list if/when any spots open.
ALL accepted and wait-listed teams should submit their Intent to Participate Form ASAP. All other registration materials are due no later than Friday, February 6th, 2015. Teams without all completed forms will be subject to replacement with no refund of entry fee.
Official’s applications are due no later than Friday, February 6th, 2015, but will be accepted on a rolling basis (submit ASAP for consideration).
Entry fee is $300.00 per team for NIRSA members and $350 for non-NIRSA members, or $250 per team for NIRSA members and $300 per team for non-NIRSA members if paid before January 16th, 2015. This fee is non-refundable once accepted. Any teams taken off of the wait-list will be notified by email and given one week to submit payment.

Friday, February 20 4pm: Captains meeting, all teams will have 1 game Friday night.
Saturday, February 21: Pool Play and single elimination rounds.
Sunday, February 22: Single elimination rounds (game times will be posted Saturday afternoon).
Eastern Washington University: URC basketball courts and Gyms 264 & 265 in the PHASE Complex.
Friday, February 20 at 4pm. Every team must send one (and only one please) representative.
Each champion Men’s and Women’s team will receive a bid to attend the NIRSA National Basketball Championships.
Each champion Men’s and Women’s team will receive a partial travel stipend to be used toward their travel to the National Championship Tournament taking place at NC State, April 17-19 (NOTE: This years national championship tournament will have an open format, meaning that you need not win a regional tournament to enter the national tournament).
Champion, Runner-up, as well as individual awards for the Men’s and Women’s All-Tournament Teams will be handed out.
Teams must check in at the Registration Table in the EWU PHASE Complex, no later than Friday, February 20 one hour before your first game. Only one team representative must show to check in, but spot checks for team ID's may be conducted at any point throughout the weekend. PLAYERS MUST HAVE THEIR UNIVERSITY ISSUED ID IN ORDER TO PLAY.
