Grab a few friends and workout to BodyAttack, BodyCombat, BodyJam, BodyPump, CXWORX, Zumba, Indoor Cycling, TRX Training, and Yoga. All instructors are nationally certified and are ready to lead you in a fantastic workout. Credit (1- and 2-credit options) and non-credit options are available. Click on the Group Exercise schedule to find out when and where your next workout will be. Free class passes are available at the URC Fitness Center for those who want to try a class out.
Fast Fitness and Strength Conditioning are comprehensive physical fitness courses designed to develop strength, flexibility, and endurance (cardiovascular and muscular) in an efficient manner through the use of the EWU Fitness Center. All assignments and course information is available on Canvas.
