The 2014-2015 EWU Scholarship Application is now available under the Financial Aid tab on EagleNet (https://eaglenet.ewu.edu/PROD-DAD/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin). The application deadline is February 15, 2014.
Students who apply by the following dates receive priority consideration for EWU financial aid for the following academic year:
FAFSA's received after February 15th will still be considered, but awards are made on a funds-available basis and late applicants may not receive all the aid for which they might otherwise qualify. No EWU Scholarship applications will be accepted after February 15th, but departmental scholarship applications may have later deadline dates. Please see the information under "Scholarships" in the left sidebar for more details.
This tutorial explains how to use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) to populate or update your FAFSA.
The approved cost of attendance amounts for the 2013-2014 academic year are available for your reference. These are the standard "base" amounts and your final cost may vary depending on your enrollment, program of study, types of courses taken, living status, residency, etc.
The interest rates for the Federal Direct Loan program for 2013-2014 are:
These rates are fixed until the loan is paid in full or is consolidated. However, these rates will change yearly for any new loans borrowed.
The EWU Net Price Calculator has been updated to reflect the most recently available information. This calculator provides estimated net price information (defined as estimated cost of attendance minus estimated grant and scholarship aid) to current and prospective students and their families based on what similar students paid in a previous year.
