Le'Naecha Roberts was born in Tacoma Washington and graduated from Henry Foss High School in June of 2010. Le'Naecha entered the doors of Eastern Washington University in September of 2010 with aspirations of getting her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. After introspection and job shadowing with numerous positions within MultiCare Hospital facilities in Tacoma Washington she decided Nursing was not her ideal career and decided to alter her academic journey to obtaining her degree in Occupational Therapy. Currently, Le'Naecha Roberts is majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies with academic focuses in Africana Studies, Communication Studies and Occupational Therapy. With this degree she aspires to attend graduate school fall of 2015 to get her Masters in Occupational Therapy which will lead into her Ph.D. Le'Naecha's academic interests are various issues within the healthcare spectrum. Le'Naecha plans on conducting research that focuses on the cognitive effects that take place when having a neuromuscular disease/disorder. After receiving her Ph.D. Ms. Roberts intends to start a business that helps rehabilitate those with neuromuscular disorders. Her primary focus would be to help those children with neuromuscular disorders in impoverished areas and offer them quality health service at reasonable expense.
