    Michelle serves as an advocate, advisor, and resource in handling student requests, referrals, complaints, concerns, and crises. She also mentors and advises students regarding life skills and problem-solving, ensuring appropriate referrals are made to foster students' retention and success.

    The Eagle Pride Center provides information and support for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) community and their allies at Eastern.

    The Office of Disability Support Services is dedicated to the coordination of appropriate and reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities that are based upon individual needs, so that each student may receive an equal opportunity to learn, to participate in campus life, and to grow emotionally and socially, and to successfully complete a program of study that will enable them to be self supporting while remaining as independent as possible. This is facilitated through support services, information sharing, advisement, and referral when requested.

    Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) offers individual counseling for any student who wants to explore personal concerns one-to-one with a therapist.  Concerns vary from coping with the challenges of college life to more severe emotional and interpersonal problems.
