All members of the university community are welcome to create a display that shares their diversity story - whether it be about race, gender, disability, culture, religion, sexual orientation, age, and military service.
Diversity Displays should help educate the community about daily life and/or issues related to the diverse group. Displays will be part of the Diversity Festival, from 12-3pm, on Thursday, May 22nd.
Persons/groups who wish to set up a Diversity Display must register in advance. To register, send an email to Mariana Garcia that includes a contact name, phone number, department or unit, and a brief desciption (250 words or less) of your proposed display.
Proposals that are inappropriate or not relevant to the event purpose are not permitted.
