    Dining Services participated in "Eat Well Cheney" - a week long program that featured meals under 750 calories. Out of all restaurants that participated, The Roost saw the highest response to the program. As a result, Dining Services is eligible to participate in a nutritional study over the next two years to help reduce the sodium content in our recipes.
